About Our Live Your Dream Program
Our “2021 Live Your Dream” award recipients are pursuing their dreams. Recently, this award provided one of our recipients the opportunity and means to attend the University of Valley Forge in pursuit of religious studies while another recipient was provided financial means to enroll at Dawn Career Institute to obtain her Cosmetology certification.
These recipients received awards totaling $3,500 to attend educational or training programs in their chosen careers.
“The Live Your Dream Award” is presented by Soroptimist International of Havre de Grace, MD The award assists women, serving as the primary head of household and who are enrolled in continuing education programs the resources needed to improve their lives in turn changing the lives and future for themselves and their families.
